Kyrö Distillery Company, the award-winning rye spirits brand from Finland, has teamed up with The Umbrella Project, a Shoreditch based collective creating innovative hospitality concepts, to create a delicious cocktail with its Kyrö Dairy Cream, aptly named the Kyrö Bueno.

This delightful duo of Milk 'n Cookies can be enjoyed at The Umbrella Project's unique brick-and-mortar locations; The Umbrella Workshop in Shoreditch, and Discount Suit Company in Spitalfields from today and throughout April for just £9. 

If you can't make it down to the bars during Easter, the Kyrö Bueno also available to enjoy at home in the form of a 330ml bottle delivered right to your doorstep complete from The Umbrella Project's online shop with three of Lily Vanilli's exclusive garnishes and a Discount Suit Company glass to serve it in, all for £20. The Kyrö Bueno cocktail is a delicious grown-up milk punch and the perfect blend of Kyrö Dairy Cream Liqueur, Hazelnut Eau de Vie, VSOP Cognac and Swiss Chocolate Liqueur. Served as a twist on the traditional milk punch style, the Kyrö Bueno will be served to the table cold over ice.

Drinkers at both locations will have the opportunity to taste the cocktail at their table along with a star-shaped chocolate cookie garnish which has been baked with Kyrö Dairy Cream by Lily Vanilli, one of the UK's premier bakers and owner of the renowned east London bakery.
Kyrö Dairy Cream is a lactose and gluten-free cream liqueur made from fresh cream with hints of vanilla and liquorice and fused with a touch of rye malt whisky. It comes in a 330ml bottle, has an ABV of 16% and is best served in cocktails, neat with ice or in coffee.
The Kyrö Dairy Cream contains no artificial colours or flavours and is suitable for those who follow a lactose or gluten-free diet. Store at room temperature and once opened, keep in the fridge, and consume within four weeks.
