Hattiers Rum
Fuelled by a passion for life at sea and with a fresh take on the traditional art of rum blending, Hattiers Rum sources fine aged rums from over 25 distilleries around the world including Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica and Australia. Their versatile and accessible blends consist of carefully selected rums married with other fine rums along with pure Dartmoor water at their Devon blending house and distillery. The UK's first B Corp certified rum, it's fair to say they don't do what they do because it is different, but because it is better and their uncompromising approach to quality and sustainability is something they're extremely proud of.
Hattiers three premium sipping rums, Egremont Premium Reserve Rum, Eminence Blended Aged White Rum and
Resolute Navy Strength Rum are best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but also lend themselves beautifully to cocktail making. Hattiers will be showcasing their 'Hattiers Aged Rum Daiquiri', made using their flagship Egremont Premium Reserve Rum.
Sapling Spirits
Awarded B Corp status in January 2022, the world's first climate positive British-made spirits brand, Sapling Spirits, produces vodka and a London Dry Gin range. Co-founded by Ed Faulkner and Ivo Devereux, their mission is threefold: creating best in class spirits, leading the way on sustainability and injecting some fun into the sustainability conversation. Sapling Spirits has been at the forefront of driving sustainable practices in the drinks world and named as one of the most innovative spirits to champion bars and consumers to embrace a zero waste philosophy when creating cocktails. For every bottle sold of their spirits a tree is planted. On each of their bottles a unique code tells you what tree was planted where and a little about the planting project.
During the pop-up 'Sapling Signature Serve' will be available, a simple Sapling Vodka with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic and a rosemary garnish.
The Uncommon
The Uncommon makes unbelievably good English sparkling wines. In cans. The first to do so in the UK, and still the very finest. Perfectly primed for picnics and bubbling for back gardens, their fresh, aromatic bubbly wines and spritzers are designed to thrive in cans. They only ever use the highest quality grapes – Bacchus (England's answer to Sauvignon Blanc) and the three Champagne varietals Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay which are hand-picked from their vineyards across Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.
As the first certified B Corp wine in the UK, The Uncommon has joined a global community using business as a force for good. Sustainability has been cultivated at The Uncommon's core and it exists to make beautiful wine for people, and for the planet. Served in their trademark cans, The Uncommon's 'Bubbly White' and 'Bubbly Rosé' will be served at the pop-up.
Sipsmith
Sipsmith gin is craftsmanship in a glass; an elevated gin that enriches those ordinary moments, leaving people delighted by every sip. The talented Sipsmith distilling team go to extraordinary lengths to distil gin of truly uncompromising quality. Every drop of Sipsmith gin is handcrafted in small batches by a team of five dedicated distillers on three copper stills, using a traditional recipe of ten classic botanicals.
Sipsmith is positively fuelled by purpose. The team is driven by a burning sense of care that has grown in all of them, to do good in the world. They seek to not only reduce their impact environmentally, but also to establish a positive societal impact that has earnt Sipsmith its B Corp certification. They'll be showcasing their 'Sipsmith Appleberry Spritz', a London Dry Gin cocktail with spiced apple syrup, repurposed citrus mix, raspberry powder rim, topped with soda.
Toast
Toast's planet-saving beer is brewed with surplus fresh bread. So far, Toast has rescued 3 million slices, avoiding 49tCO2 of emissions and reducing unnecessary use of land and water. All of Toast's profits go to charities fixing the food system, and to date they've donated over £100,000. Committed to Net Zero by 2030, Toast is carbon neutral through compensating their emissions with investment in regenerative agriculture. They were the first UK brewery to become a B Corp, and the highest scoring. They believe business has a pivotal part to play in tackling the climate crisis.
Toast's crisp, refreshing planet-saving Craft Lager will be available throughout the pop-up.
Bruichladdich
Situated on the southwestern tip of the remote Hebridean island of Islay, Bruichladdich Distillery is home to four unique spirits; unpeated Bruichladdich, heavily peated Port Charlotte and super heavily peated Octomore single malts and The Botanist Islay dry gin. Originally founded in 1881, shuttered in 1994, and resurrected in 2001, the original Victorian-era equipment is still used today. A new generation of distillers have taken a progressive approach to bringing the distillery into the 21st century with values of provenance, transparency and sustainability at their very core. Bruichladdich Distillery became the first Scotch whisky distillery to be B Corp certified in May 2020.
'The Progressive Old Fashioned', a classic whisky old fashioned with Bruichladdich's The Classic Laddie will be served in a short tumbler with large block ice and orange twist garnish.
Lucky Saint
Since launching in 2018, Lucky Saint has become the number one independently owned alcohol-free beer brand in the UK. Their hugely successful Alcohol-Free Superior Unfiltered Lager has seen exponential growth as well as celebrating many category firsts - they were the first independent alcohol-free producer to launch across the UK on draught and to join the British Beer & Pub Association in the organisation's 116-year history. Lucky Saint's mission is to finally reward those not drinking with the beer they deserve. By creating a superior-tasting lager, without the alcohol, they aim to support the social occasions that have been so missed over the last three years.
Lucky Saint's Alcohol-Free Superior Unfiltered Lager will be available for sampling throughout the 'Sustainable Drinks Cabinet'.
