To elevate each event, set menu catering and beverage packages are available putting Hyatt's renowned service and hospitality on show, with the option to curate personalised and customised food experiences.

A continuation of the hotel's nautical-inspired design, a colour palette of blue and white is the canvas to this world-class meetings and event space, with small motifs that pay homage to the harbourside locale including the use of Australian Hardwood decking on the outdoor terrace.
