Truly a match made in heaven, this delicious chilled dessert is a delectable, fluffy soufflé infused with the tantalising aromas of orange from the much-loved French liqueur, Cointreau.

Made to a traditional French recipe, using all natural ingredients - and guaranteed to always rise in the oven - this elegant and iconic French dessert is the perfect after dinner treat. Simply pop in an oven preheated to 190°C for 8 minutes, allow to cool slightly and enjoy straight from the baking foil.  If wished, the baked Soufflé Cointreau can also be easily turned out, served in a porcelain ramekin and topped prettily with, for instance, a shake of icing sugar.

Soufflé Cointreau is the latest addition to the Bonne Maman classic French desserts selection of Crème Brûlée, Baba au Rhum and Crème Caramel.

Presented in packs of two x 80g soufflés the new Soufflé Cointreau are available from Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Tesco stores nationwide priced at £2.70 rrp.
