Blenheim Palace

The much-loved Christmas experience returns to Blenheim Palace between 18 November 2022 and 2 January 2023, inviting visitors back to enjoy the stunning trails in the Palace and the world-renowned gardens. Tickets are on sale now.

The Kingdom of The Snow Queen will be re-imagined within Britain's greatest Palace.

New for 2022, explore the Palace rooms, each one exquisitely transformed and filled with hidden surprises - discover the glistening Land of Snowflakes filled with a silvery frost-covered forest and venture into the wintery Kingdom of Ice. Catch beams of light bouncing between shards of mirrored glass filled with reflection and wander through dainty flowers in the Garden of Eternal Summer. It's a fairy-tale world where we really want a happy-ever-after. Will the ice-cold Snow Queen ever change her ways? Perhaps the kind reindeer will save the day and help reunite the two young friends. This fantastical winter wonderland is where the magic really begins…

Illuminations transform the gardens as you've never seen before.

Firmly positioned as one of the highlights of the UK festive calendar, wander the Palace's picture-perfect gardens filled with Christmas cheer as over a million lights and seasonal sounds fill the air. Look forward to some time together with family and friends as you discover glittering tunnels of light, dancing lakeside reflections and trees drenched in jewel-like colour. For a moment of reflection, pause at mesmerising flickering flames in the fire garden, larger-than-life illuminations and don't forget to glimpse Father Christmas along the way.

Talented independent street food vendors bring a delicious twist to tempting treats on offer. To make it perfectly festive, complete your walk under the stars with a *spiced winter warmer or *hot chocolate shared with someone special and why not toast a *marshmallow over the open fire.

Welcome return of the Blenheim Palace Christmas market

Taking place beneath the stunning backdrop of the baroque Oxfordshire Palace, visitors can escape the bustle of the high street and soak up the yuletide atmosphere at the Christmas Market. The traditional wooden chalets will be showcasing a range of festive treats from designer-makers and artisan food and drink producers.
