Château Minuty rosé represents summer in a glass. It conjures scenes of the crystal blue seas, salty skin from the sun-soaked beaches of South of France and dining alfresco accompanied by a gentle sea breeze. It is also the perfect drink to compliment any garden party, dining experience with loved ones or picnic in the park, making it the perfect drink of choice whatever the occasion.
Château Minuty 281 provides intense notes of peach that are perfectly complemented by the crisp and refreshing flavours of melon. The grapes - which are all harvested by hand - come from a clonal selection of the estate's finest Grenache vines. They are planted in twenty-six-year-old coastal vineyards, which are sustainably farmed. The bottle design takes inspiration from the pantone colour 281, which is reminiscent of the sea in Provence when a storm has just occurred, and the skyline combines the sea and sky as one.
Château Minuty Rose Et Or is incredibly refreshing and light and extracts intense aromas of orange peel and jasmine that is accompanied by the zest and crisp flavours of pink grapefruit and white stone fruit. The grapes come from the oldest of the estate's own coastal vineyards.
Minuty Prestige offers fresh aromas of citrus that are elegantly elevated by notes of white blossom and red berries. The grapes come from a mixture of the estate's own vineyards, alongside a rigorously sourced selection from their partners' best vineyards in the Côtes de Provence.
Beautifully situated in a Provençal village called Gassin, Château Minuty is a family-owned estate that has belonged to the Matton-Farnet family for over eighty years, spanning three generations. With over 160 hectares of owned vineyards in the heart of Provence, overlooking the iconic bay of St Tropez, Château Minuty is one of the few estates to be certified 'Cru Classé' in the Côtes de Provence appellations.
