Soho Street Cocktails are excited to announce their latest addition to their range of 'pour, shake, and serve' cocktails: The Strawberry Daquiri. Their collection of ready-made cocktails is designed to pay homage to the Soho cocktail scene and the post-war spirit that has defined it for generations.

The Strawberry Daquiri has a long history, dating back to 1860s Maryland when a strawberry farmer and ice cream maker decided to mix his strawberry puree with contraband British Navy rum. The spirit of the tipsy frolickers who helped him perfect the recipe more than 150 years ago is reflected in the popularity of the cocktail today. A summer classic, strawberry daquiris are fast becoming a must-have at not only cocktail bars but street parties and picnics too.

Soho Street Cocktail have come out with a fresh take on the classic with their taste-first approach to ingredients; using the freshest strawberry purée, Caribbean Rum, and lime juice. The Strawberry Daiquiri, as well as all of their other cocktails, come in recyclable pouches and are NFC (Not From Concentrate), contain no allergens, artificial colours or flavourings, and are vegan and gluten free.

To create the perfect serve, pour 150ml into a cocktail shaker with 2-3 cubes of ice, shake vigorously for 7 seconds and serve into a coupe glass, preferably garnished with a slice of strawberry.
