Promoting flexibility and personalisation, guests will have access to a private Regency Concierge, curating a tailored itinerary from check-in to check-out.  Masterfully designed by Bates Smart, the multidisciplinary design firm has paid homage to the hotel's harbourside location, intrinsically weaving a nautical palette with materials of the highest standard, reflecting the quality of the Hyatt Regency brand. From entry, luxury slowly reveals itself to guests with the use of natural stone, rich Phillip Jeffries custom wallpapers, sleek joinery, timber veneers and European furnishings.
