Lilk is the creation of sibling founders Elisa and Bastien Eymery, who began blending during lockdown in their East London home - one is lactose intolerant, the other a milk lover looking for a compromise-free alternative. Both enthusiastic plant milk drinkers, they still hadn't found their holy grail dairy-free milk - one that tasted good in tea and coffee, and when drunk on its own. Dedicated plant-based advocate Emily Hayes completes the trio of founders.
