Today welcomes 'The Spirit of Tomorrow' as BrewDog Distilling Co launches a revolutionary new spirits range for 21st century drinkers: Seven Day Vodka, 500 Cuts Rum and relaunching LoneWolf Gin. This brand-new portfolio brings all BrewDog's energy for innovation and experimentation into spirits, no half measures taken, distilled by hand at their state-of-the-art distillery in the northeast of Scotland.

BrewDog Distiling Co. is Scotland's first carbon negative distillery, removing twice as much carbon from the air than it emits. Obsessive about quality, reflected in everything they create, from using the world's first triple bubble copper pot still, to taking seven days to distil their vodka, ensuring maximum flavour is paramount across the board.

Seven Day Vodka – Original, Raspberry & Lime, Rhubarb & Lemon, Passionfruit & Vanilla

Using their state-of-the-art, triple-bubble copper pot still, to create a crystal clear spirit vapour, creating the purest vodka imaginable. To create the flavoured variations, tart raspberries, sharp lime, lemon zest and fresh rhubarb are combined with the crisp and clean base.

500 Cuts Rum - Original Spiced, Pineapple & Mango, Coconut & Vanilla, Cherry & Dark Chocolate

Using sun-baked Caribbean molasses, the liquid is hand-turned and double-copper-put-distilled, giving the resulting rum an intense flavour. Botanicals including Madagascan vanilla, Alphonso mango, cacao nibs and Morello cherries are then incorporated into the process to create the flavoured varietals.

LoneWolf Gin – Original, Cloudy Lemon, Cactus & Lime, Peach & Passionfruit

Born wild from the Scots Forest. BrewDog Distilling Co rejected 39 different junipers before they landed the ultimate berry – which comes all the way from Tuscany to their state-of-the-art distillery in Ellon. Here it is blended with a myriad of fruit, juices and flowers to create the flavoured variants
in the smallest batches.

Being Scotland's first carbon negative distillery means we remove twice as much carbon from the air as we emit. Our carbon is our problem so we're going to fix it ourselves.
