The Gipsy Queen announces new kitchen residency with Nomad Bros

For the next 6 months, Turkish street food experts Nomad Bros will be taking over the kitchen at The Gipsy Queen, one of London's last remaining independently run pubs situated in Kentish Town. The brothers from Istanbul will be combining the finest traditional tastes of old school Mediterranean cuisine and Istanbul street food with contemporary twists.

Nomad Bros extensive menu is a reflection of the food that they enjoyed growing up and inspiration from their many years in the street food industry. The menu is perfect if you want a quick delicious nibble alongside a pint of craft beer or if you want to share a whole feast of food. With dishes including: Turkish Chimichangas, popcorn halloumi, Istanbul hot dog, sheesh kebabs and their famous 'Shwarmageddon' wrap.

General manager Reuben Benis-Scott is delighted to have the brothers at The Gipsy Queen; “The Nomad kitchen have a really inventive and versatile menu with lots of ever changing specials. Keep an eye out for Turkish Tapas Tuesdays where every Tuesday the full menu will be transformed into Tapas style with every dish priced at £4”

Nomad Bros menu will be served alongside The Gipsy Queen's impressive range of ever-changing craft beers. Grab a table in their suntrap garden area and indulge in a range of Turkish classics in the sunshine.

Reservations are recommended for weekend bookings and can be made through Resy.

Gipsy Queen can be found at 166 Malden Road, London, NW5 4BS.
