THE BELVOIR STRAWBERRY MOJITO – serves 6

• 1 x 750ml bottle Belvoir Lightly Sparkling Strawberry, Lime & Mint
• 12 strawberries, sliced
• Ice
• 350ml white rum
• 1 mint sprig, leaves picked (for garnish)
• Pour the Lightly Sparkling Strawberry, Lime & Mint into a large jug. Add the rum and lots of ice. Add the sliced strawberries. Stir well, pour into glasses and add a couple of mint leaves to the top of each glass.
