Amy Moring and Jeff Webster, co-founders of Hunter & Gather Foods, have been named in the much coveted Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe Class of 2021.
The founding duo, who were recognised for their achievements in retail & e-commerce, beat off stiff competition from tens of thousands of nominations to achieve a place in this year’s highly acclaimed 30 under 30 community, which recognises the world’s most impactful young entrepreneurs and game changers from the world of Food and Drink and beyond.
Hunter & Gather, the challenger brand whose honest range of cooking oils, condiments and supplements are stocked in Selfridges, Wholefoods, Ocado and Booths, has travelled a phenomenal distance since launching in 2017.
Fuelled by the unrelenting energy and determination of its founders, the brand - which champions real food free-from refined sugars, grains, and poor quality fats - has achieved a GSV turnover of just under £2million in three short years, paving the way for clean, real and healthy foods.
Hunter & Gather co-founder, Amy Moring, says: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. It’s a massive accolade and we’re proud to be part of such an inspirational global community.
“Right from the start, with Hunter & Gather we wanted to create a business that challenges and champions real food for all. As a lifelong coeliac, I knew first-hand the dangers of cheap convenience foods laden with grains and its debilitating impact on long-term health and happiness. Jeff also felt the effects of a poor diet, suffering from eczema, asthma, and severe acne, but managed to turn this around by cutting out processed foods, refined sugars, grains and inflammatory seed oils, which fostered an innate passion and pursuit of optimal health.
“Today, Hunter & Gather gives people the tools to thrive through healthier food choices, education, and recipes. The brand is primed to do big things and we genuinely believe we are on course to change the health of the nation.”
Now in its tenth year, Forbes 30 under 30, which includes innovators such as Kevin Systrom, Donald Glover, Daniel Ek, and Yara Shahidi, recognises the top young entrepreneurs from around the world and its community of 7,500+ individuals are destined to shape every field for the next 50 years and beyond.
Amy Moring and Jeff Webster will join fellow 2021 Forbes Under 30 winners at: 2021 Forbes Under 30 Kick-off: Decade of Disruption on Wednesday, May 26th 2021.

About Hunter & Gather
Hunter & Gather was launched in 2017 by dynamic entrepreneurs, Jeff Webster and Amy Moring, to fulfil a lifelong mission to create a brand that proactively champions honest, tasty, real food free-from lazy sugars, grains and poor quality fats; shining a light on the nutritional shortcomings of taken-for-granted food categories: ketchups, mayonnaises & cooking oils, whilst leading the line in a number of new categories: MCT oils, vitamin & mineral supplements, and marine/bovine collagens.
In a UK food landscape where 63% are overweight or obese, the brand is re-writing the rule book for real food, changing the way people think about what it means to eat well, and creating the ‘tools to thrive’ to pave the way for optimal health & wellness.
