• 50ml Bloom pink gin
• 150mlGallybird tonic 
• Selection of pink and red berries to garnish

Method:

Pour a generous measure of Bloom pink gin in to a stemmed gin glass over ice and add Gallybird tonic for a feather light taste, gently stir. Garnish with red berries and serve.
