Sharpham Rustic £7 - Sharpham Brie £6. Available for national mail order from www.sharphamcheese.co.uk

Sharpham Cheese has pulled on our heart-strings and launched two heart-shaped cheeses in time for Valentine's Day.

Sharpham Brie - £6

Buttercup yellow with milk from Sharpham's own Jersey herd, Sharpham Brie is a mould ripened cheese. Firm, rich and creamy when young the cheese softens and develops mushroomy notes when aged. It has been handmade for 40 years.

An essential part of the cheese board or delicious when baked.

Sharpham Rustic - £7

This semi-hard cheese has a refreshing light tang that delicately balances the richness of the milk. Crumbly texture, golden colour and a delicate citrus flavour, Sharpham Rustic is irresistible when served with oatcakes and a sweet chutney.

Sure to bring a smile to your loved ones face this Valentine's Day.

Sharpham Cheese is available from a range of stockists nationally and online from www.sharphamcheese.co.uk.

About Sharpham Cheese

Situated on the banks of the River Dart near Totnes in South Devon, the Sharpham Estate has been producing wines and cheeses for over 35 years to local, national and international acclaim. Home to their famous Brie, Rustic and Ticklemore cheeses, Sharpham Cheese is handcrafted with milk from their own herd of Jersey cows, along with goats and ewe's milk from their West Country neighbours.

Over the years, the equipment may have modernised, however the team still employ the same traditional techniques and the cheeses remain fully hand-produced.

Sharpham Cheese recently won two outstanding awards: UK Supreme Cheese at the Global Cheese Awards (Washbourne) and British Product of the Year in the Great British Food Awards (Cremet) – an award judged by Marcus Wareing.
