Gallybird festive pink gin & berry fizz

• 50ml high quality botanical pink gin e.g Silent Pool
• 150mlGallybird Tonic 
• Selection of pink and red berries to garnish 

Method:

Pour a generous measure of pink gin in to a stemmed gin glass over ice. Pour over Gallybird Botanical Blend for a feather light taste (which allows the flavours of the gin to shine through) and gently stir. Garnish with plump red festive berries. Cheers to a happy healthy Christmas!
