
A revolutionary line of gourmet chilli sauces packed with superfoods is set to launch October 31st, offering food lovers a luxurious and healthy alternative to traditional hot sauces.
Chilli No. 5 offers a range of designer chilli sauces, each one inspired by cuisines from across the globe. Iconic sauces such as harissa, jerk, wasabi, peri peri and sriracha have been reinterpreted for the modern hot sauce lover, who demands not only a great tasting sauce, but one that is healthy and made with only the very finest chillies and antioxidant ingredients, known for their health-giving properties.
Each gourmet sauce includes an exclusive blend of five types of chillies, including the chilli n°5, which are known for their health benefits, as well as at least 5 superfoods and health supplements. As well as antioxidant ingredients such as black garlic, fresh ginger, nutmeg and apple cider vinegar, the sauces also contain powerful health-boosting supplements including inulin, maca powder, red ginseng, L-Arginine, guarana, and fenugreek. These superfoods can help with sleep deprivation, libido, concentration, weight loss, and anxiety.
Made using only the very finest chillies sourced from across the globe, each Chilli No. 5 hot sauce is vegan and free from any artificial colourings and flavourings.

Inspired by the pandemic
With his regular job on pause because of the pandemic, superyacht chef Colin Ross teamed up with Monaco entrepreneur Rumble Romagnoli to create the Chilli No. 5 brand during the spring lockdown.
“I founded Chilli No. 5 because it was impossible to find high-quality, healthy, sustainable hot chilli sauces at the supermarket or even at restaurants,” Rumble Romagnoli, Chilli No. 5 founder and CEO said.
“This became even more apparent during lockdown. People were cooking more at home than they had for years and were discovering how challenging it was to recreate their favourite bold flavours, which is where our hot sauces come in, to elevate your plate.”
The hot sauce creator added: “Now you don't have to compromise, you can have incredible flavour with sauces made with ingredients that are good for you. Chilli No. 5 is here to make your life more delicious, exciting, and extraordinary.”
Sustainability at its core
Chilli No. 5 is dedicated to sustainability. Each hot sauce is sold in a collection of glass vials designed to be the perfect gift as well as the perfect ally by your side in the kitchen or by the barbecue. Chilli No. 5 offers compensation to any clients who return the packages including the tubes, which will then be recycled.
Chilli No. 5 will also launch with a 200 ml bottle and 100 ml light-weight recyclable plastic refill pouches.
“We all must do what we can to minimise our carbon footprint and reduce waste,” Romagnoli said. “Our refill pouches offer the ideal way to keep plastic waste to a minimum.”
Chilli No. 5 also offers hot sauce lovers a subscription model called "Sauce for Life" which enables you to keep control of your hot sauce consumption, discover new sauces, be more sustainable, and save financially.

Set to launch on Halloween (October 31st) 2020, all sauces will be sold on the Chilli No.5 website and through Instagram and Facebook, alongside exclusive sauce tasting/gifting collections and merchandising.
