A new plant-based recipe box has launched with six cake kits containing everything you need to bake delicious treats at home.

Treehouse Bakery weighs out each ingredient and delivers straight to your door so all you have to do is mix together, bake and enjoy.

Six scrumptious recipes are on the menu including Biscoff Blondies, Cheerio Cookie Cups and Chocolate Brownies. 

Each recipe is easy to follow, doesn't require any fancy equipment and uses packaging that is fully recyclable or compostable.

The kits swap out traditional ingredients of butter for soft baking spread and eggs for flax or cider vinegar, making the plant-based transition a simple one.

Each box comes with a recipe card to follow along and details of how to recycle packaging.

Treehouse Bakery was founded by Stephanie Marshall to bring the fun of plant-based baking into your home. She has over five years of experience working in commercial bakeries and develops recipes from her Manchester-based home.

She said: “Plant-based eating is better for the environment and is one of the big steps towards reversing climate change. 

“For many people, switching to a fully vegan or plant-based diet can be a challenge. But with baking it really isn't difficult. You don't have to sacrifice any of the things you love to make the switch.

“Most people wouldn't even notice the difference in the end product. So I see this as an easy step that anyone can take to making the planet a better place”.

Treehouse Bakery sells individual boxes, subscriptions and gift cards through its online store.

Prices start from £15 and include Royal Mail delivery.
