The café also has an on-site sweet shop where diners can purchase Black Milk's secret sauces and international exports such as Marshmallow fluff and Hershey's. The shop offers you the chance to recreate the experience at home, and join the Black Milk following on social media.

Black Milk Northern Quarter is open seven days a week: 12 –8pm Monday to Friday and Sunday, and 11 – 11pm on Friday and Saturday, with seating inside and outside. From Monday 3rd August it will offer discounts Monday to Wednesday as part of the governments 'Eat out to help out' scheme.
