Yorkshire distillery launches range of seven spirits to capture people's adventurous side

Award-winning Yorkshire-based Sloemotion Distillery has created a brand-new range of seven adventurous drinks, called Finders Spirits. The collection has something for everyone including velvety rums, zingy vodkas and fruity gins.

Finders Spirits have been skilfully crafted with the best ingredients and tastes from around the world with bold and intriguing flavours, with a little twist. The gins and vodkas all have no added sugar. The range launches in April 2020 with a RSP of £25 and a launch price to start everyone on their adventure of £20.

The popularity of gin, rums and vodka has surged in recent years with aficionados wanting interesting flavours and experiences that allow them to unleash their adventurous spirit. Finders Spirits has been designed to be fun and vibrant and to deliver a taste sensation that can be enjoyed with a simple mixer or in a cocktail.

There's vivacious Fruits of the Forest Gin which features 19 botanicals including orange peel, mint, ginger to bring out the sweetness in the natural blueberry, raspberry and black cherry favours. This sits beside a Lemon & Lime Gin and a classic London Dry Gin. 

There's a zingy Sherbet Lemon Vodka which is grain distilled with natural lemon flavours and two velvety Oak Aged spiced rums a Chocolate & Coffee Rum which also includes botanicals like orange peel and liquorice and an Oak Aged spiced Orange and Raisin Rum which is warm and fruity. A to complete the range a clean and crisp Vodka.

The award winning Sloemotion Distillery has created this range, to complement their existing brands all of which use foraged hedgerow botanicals. Its ethos remains firmly rooted in protecting the environment and minimising its' carbon footprint, which is why Finders Spirits uses only natural botanicals and ingredients as well as the eco-friendly iStill to develop drinks that taste as good as they look.

Finders Spirits are distilled using a low-energy iStill which uses at least three times less energy than a traditional copper still which dramatically minimizes its impact on the planet. It uses technology and a highly-insulated and internally heated process to improve accuracy and reduce energy use.

Finders will launch into on and off trade and online with a RSP of £25 with a launch promotion of £20 per bottle.

• Sloemotion is a family-run business producing premium small batch spirits and liqueurs. It is headed up by MD Neil Spiers alongside founders, Joff and Jules Curtoys. It is based at Green Farm, Barton-le-Willows, near Malton in North Yorkshire.

Rosehips, crab apples and sloe stones are added for a mellow, fruity dryness. Elderflower, nettle leaf and wildflower rich meadow hay add a multitude of floral subtleties.
