Butlers Larder

Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses has brought together small artisan food and drink producers from across the North West to create “The Butlers Larder” – a service that will deliver delicious fresh produce to doorsteps in five counties in the North West - Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside and from next week, West RidingYorkshire will also be added.

Butlers has brought together local artisan suppliers and built an online platform so that it can reach more homes and involve even more small businesses. It's curated selection of the most exciting food & drink (from cheese, milk, yoghurt and eggs to fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, tea, coffee and gin) from the very best artisan producers in the North West, means that people can taste the best that the region has to offer while supporting small producer businesses. Customers can pick whatever they like for their food box, for complete flexibility.

Matthew Hall, 4th generation owner, says, “It's a difficult time for many small businesses and we have found a way for them to continue doing what they do best, knowing that they can get their products to people in their own homes. Customers can safely get the products that they need from a central place and enjoy the best and most exciting artisans that the North West has to offer, all while supporting local small businesses when they really need it.

"As a 4th generation family business we have great links with makers, producers and artisans across the North West. We put passion, care and innovation into everything that we do, and we want to work with partners who share our values so that together, we can reach as many homes in the North West as possible with exciting brands and delicious fresh produce.”

Producers

Every producer in the Butlers Larder is brilliant at what they do - be it coffee, bread or the finest cuts of meat. In such challenging times for small businesses, the Butlers Larder brings together quality produce that is created with passion and skill. A full list can be found here.  These small businesses power local economies, and Butlers want the Butlers Larder to shine a light on these producers and their amazing products, while giving people the chance to enjoy a delicious array of artisans, all in one place, in their own homes without expensive delivery charges or long waits.
