Made using Aldi's award winning Specially Selected Luxury Hot Cross Buns (99p, pack of 4), this pudding has been inspired by the classic bread pudding, but has been given a fun and tasty twist just in time for Easter.  Made using layers of sweetly spiced buns with Chilean flame raisins and gently baked in a Madagascan vanilla custard, this family favourite will be the perfect ending to an Easter meal.
