With the Pink Gin trend showing no sign of slowing down in 2020, Two Birds Spirits is delighted to announce its zesty and exotic new flavour: Pink Grapefruit & Pomegranate Gin.  

Based in the heart of the English Countryside Two Birds has lovingly handcrafted a summery spirit just in time for those lazy, long evenings. Distilled in batches of just 100, Two Bird's award-winning small-batch London Dry Gin has been infused with the sharper notes of Pink Grapefruit and sweet Pomegranate to result in a crisp and refreshing gin, packed full of fruity notes with a soft, subtle juniper finish. 

The handcrafted gin has a deep pink hue: equally stunning in cocktails as well as served simply over ice with a premium tonic. For something a little different, try a Summer Spritz – pour 50 mls of gin over ice, top with a glug soda, a splash of prosecco and a wedge of grapefruit. It's the perfect way to inject some zing into your gatherings at home.

The team use juniper and 4 other countryside botanicals as well as natural spring water from Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire to give Two Birds London Dry Gin its stand-out taste. About Union Distillers – The 'Home of British Craft Spirits'

Founded back in 2013, Union Distillers was created by engineer and gin enthusiast Mark Gamble. Often found tinkering away in his workshop, it was only a matter of time before these two loves combined, and so 'Gerard', the first, bespoke, copper still was built.

'Gerard' was a small but mighty 30 litre pot still with a short bubble plate column, producing small batches of just 100 bottles in any one distillation cycle. Combined with our unique distillation process and quality ingredients ensures each batch tastes as good as the first. With ensuring increased production requirements, more stills were added, yet staying true to the artisanal ethos, all stills are still built by the Master Distiller and designed in the same manner as 'Gerard'.
