Nine Elms Launches Uk's First Intricately Crafted Alcohol-Free Drink Designed to Accompany Good Food

London-based brand NINE ELMS is launching its first drink, No.18, into the UK market. Originally conceived in the capital's historic Nine Elms area, this intricately crafted alcohol-free drink has been designed to complement good food and is produced to a carefully considered recipe using an innovative combination of traditional and contemporary drinks-making techniques.

Available at world-class restaurants such as Isaac McHale's The Clove Club, NINE ELMS No.18 has also secured a listing at greatly anticipated hotel The Standard.

NINE ELMS No.18 has an intriguingly complex yet balanced taste profile - derived from the marriage between the botanical infusions of 20 different flowers, herbs and spices, and the juice of 4 types of berry - that allows it to pair with a broad range of rich, savoury dishes.

The Evening Standard magazine's food and drinks writer Douglas Blyde, describes the taste of NINE ELMS No.18 as, "Emerging from supple, inky, minty complexity, this uplifting concoction first pouts with a full-bodied, berry freshness, then culminates in a reassuringly (and strikingly lengthy) spicy, bitter aftertaste. Pour it into a broad glass to fully appreciate its deep scarlet colour and pair with a charred tomahawk steak.”

Available in a striking 750ml bottle, NINE ELMS No.18 allows restaurants, hotels, caterers and bars to bring guests of all persuasions together, catering to those who choose not to drink alcohol or who are simply reducing their consumption, while also allowing the trade to maintain the type of margins demanded of an alcoholic drink.
