Waitrose and Partners Launches First Clear, Dairy-Free Cream Liqueur

The arrival of this innovative spirit, which will be on shelves from 3rd February, reflects the growing trend for plant-based, dairy-free products at the supermarket. Shaking up the dated perception of cream liqueurs, Wild-Arbor is a modern take on a classic drink which can be served straight over ice or used in a variety of cocktails, from an Espresso Martini to a White Russian.

Free from gluten, GMOs and lactose, Wild-Arbor is a clear spirit sweetened with honey, and has the same velvety texture, silky mouthfeel and indulgent flavour as cream liqueur, without the use of dairy. Ideal for those with a lactose intolerance, or vegans who eat honey, it's a revolutionary step in the world of cocktail-making.

Wild-Arbor is delicious served neat in a chilled rocks glass with ice and a slice of orange or a sprig of mint, or in a variety of cocktails.

Ingredients

2 oz Wild-Arbor

1 oz Crème de Cacao

1 oz heavy cream

Directions

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into coupe glass. 

White Russian

Ingredients

2 oz wild-arbor

1 oz coffee liqueur

1 oz heavy cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a glass, stir with ice and garnish with 2 coffee beans
