Stamford Plaza Melbourne, known for their exquisite High Tea, trades champagne for gin this January with special Tanglin Gin Tiffin High Tea events.

New to the market, and hailing from Singapore, Tanglin Gin will set the mood for an immersive event with three bespoke cocktails: Summer Gimlet, Tanglin Negroni (made from a secret recipe) and the Orchid G&T, accompanied by a culturally rich High Tea menu.

Guests will be seated in the beautifully-appointed Thornbury room for High Tea, with morning and afternoon sessions available across two days, led by Tanglin Gin co-founder and Head Distiller, Tim Whitefield.

Tanglin Gin is the only hand-crafted spirit distilled in Singapore, with its 11 unique botanicals captured and bottled to create unique gins that are complex, balanced and harmonious.

"Our brand is as much about celebrating Singapore as it is about celebrating gin. Singapore is unexpected, just like our gin," said Whitefield.

Tanglin is currently available in two unique flavours in Australia, the Orchid and Mandarin Chilli. Guests at Stamford Plaza Melbourne's High Tea will have an exclusive opportunity to sample the product and even purchase a bottle (or two) at special prices.

The cultural fusion of the menu represents the influences of Singaporean cuisine, with Chinese, Malay, Indian and European flavours taking centre stage at these exclusive High Tea events.
