Neil is a passionate ambassador for the Prosecco Consortium DOC, for whom he presents at consumer events including Taste of London, the Ideal Home Show, Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival and Foodies Festival. Neil is a spokesperson for the Consortium and has presented master classes at the London International Wine Trade Fair, The Restaurant Show, Bar & Pub Show as well as promoting Prosecco DOC via BBC World Service, BBC Radio 4, The Italian Project and inews. He has presented Prosecco DOC masterclasses at Taste of London with Danilo Cortellini, Francesco Mazzei and Oz Clarke.
Neil says: 'I am thrilled to be coming to the South Devon jewel of Salcombe and will feature eight wonderful Prosecco DOC wines from famous and top producers and will cover spumante, frizzante and colfondo and much more. It is particularly exciting that the wines will be accompanied by local seafood and other Devon produce.'
As the world's one and only The Wine Tipster, Neil uniquely combines his successful career in the wine and bubbly trade with his extensive horse racing knowledge. Since 2014 Neil has worked for The Jockey Club as a tipster, and as a sommelier/wine consultant for Jockey Club Catering across their 15 racecourses, is a regular on ITV Racing's afternoon show offering insights into the social side of racing whilst adding his successful racing tips and broadcasts live for Racing UK at the Grand National, The Cheltenham Festival, The Derby, Royal Ascot, Newmarket July Festival, Glorious Goodwood and Ebor Festival.
