Celebrate Organic September* with Waitrose Duchy Organic, the UK's largest own label organic brand with a range of over 300 organic products including the oaten biscuit, preserves, golden ale and bacon. 

As pioneers of organic food in supermarkets, Waitrose & Partners was entrusted with the Duchy Organic brand in 2009.  Since then, sales of the range have exceeded £1 billion generating a contribution to The Prince of Wales Charitable Fund for donation to good causes of over £23.5 million. 

As well as helping good causes the brand is also pioneering the use of innovative packaging. This year Waitrose & Partners introduced a home compostable bag for its Waitrose Duchy Organic bananas and a market-first for Waitrose Duchy Organic grapes with the replacement of plastic tray punnets with cardboard.

The Prince of Wales founded Duchy Originals to promote organic farming and food production while generating funds for The Prince's Charitable Fund - which receives a donation each year from the sale of Waitrose Duchy Organic products. The current range of Waitrose Duchy Organic has grown to over 300 products, from bacon to fresh fruit and vegetables to beer and is the largest own label organic brand in the UK.
