Prosciutto di Parma Celebrates its Unique Taste with Pasta Evangelists
A week of fresh Parma Ham pasta dishes delivered straight to your door
The Consortium for Prosciutto di Parma is delighted to announce a week-long partnership with Pasta Evangelists, who have created 3 pasta dishes featuring Parma Ham, beginning Monday 29th April until Sunday 5th May.
Pasta Evangelists is a pasta delivery service offering fresh and authentic Italian dishes to foodies across the UK. This is a natural partnership, as Prosciutto di Parma is not only hailed as a delicious addition to an array of pasta dishes, but its high-quality and 100% natural production process make it a healthy alternative to other kinds of red meat.
If this wasn't reason enough to eat these delicious Prosciutto di Parma recipes, boxes delivered next week will be Parma Ham themed, with recipe cards and information about Parma Ham inside, and VIP customers will receive an extra pack of Parma Ham to use as they wish in their pasta dishes.
Pasta Evangelists have created the following recipes featuring Parma Ham:
Prosciutto di Parma Bucatini alla Carbonara, Pulled Pork Ragù with Pappardelle and Prosciutto di Parma crumb, and Prosciutto di Parma Mac & Cheese.
These dishes are limited, so hurry whilst stocks last. Buy these online at www.pastaevangelists.com.
Make sure you keep up to date with the week's activities on social media by following Prosciutto di Parma (@parmahamuk) and Pasta Evangelists (@pastaevangelist) on Twitter and Instagram.

About Parma Ham
Parma Ham is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) product and is 100% natural. The drying process that Parma Ham goes through creates a ham that is very low in fat content, with many mineral salts, vitamins, antioxidants and easily digestible proteins. This means that Parma Ham is truly a food for everyone.
Prosciutto di Parma is produced in the hills surrounding the Italian town of Parma.
The unique taste of Parma Ham is dependent on the traditional production process passed down from Roman times, carefully controlled by the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma. Only hams that have passed stringent curing regulations approved by the EU can be awarded the stamp of the Ducal crown – a five-pointed coronet logo with PARMA in the centre which is branded onto the ham's skin. The Ducal Crown is now a certification trademark.

Pasta Evangelists deliver the best pasta in the UK to homes across the country, as well as beautiful sauces & garnishes sourced from Italy. They then invite people to prepare a 5* pasta dish in just 5 minutes, impressing friends and delighting family.
They believe fresh is best. Their founder, Alessandro, hails from Genova in the Italian region of Liguria, and was disappointed with the fresh pasta available in the UK, machine-made & a world away from the pasta of his youth, handmade by his nonna.
Pasta Evangelists serve pasta lovers across the British Isles, from the Highlands of Scotland to sunny Brighton. They deliver their fresh pasta, sauces & garnishes in insulated packaging alongside chilled ice packs, meaning it's not a problem if people are not home for delivery: the food will stay cool and fresh until people are home.
The pasta dishes keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Alternatively, freeze for up to 1 month & cook directly from frozen.
