The Sumo Well Nourish Bowls offer both convenience and health without compromising on taste.

Made with fresh ingredients and packaged in a unique way to keep your salad fresh and crisp until it is time to eat. All you do is lift the lid, add the perfectly portioned salad ingredients to the greens, add your dressing and then pick up your fork.

In response to constant reminders that too many Australians are overweight and obese, people are looking for ways to upgrade their food choices. Since 2003, Sumo Salad has provided healthy ready to eat meals in shopping mall food courts around Australia. The business expanded rapidly to meet the increasing demand for healthy and convenient food.

Green Goddess Chicken – with Crunchy Raw Veg and Clean Avocado Dressing Prepare to unleash your inner goddess (or god!) with this green nourish bowl. Herbaceous pesto chicken matched with crunchy raw veg and a clean avocado dressing means you'll be glowing from the inside out!

Sweet Potato Falafel – with Raw Beetroot, Tamari Almonds and Clean Tahini Dressing Boost your plant-based protein with these sweet potato falafels, get your crunch on with house-roasted tamari almonds and lift your raw rainbow veggies with the deliciously clean tahini dressing.
