Following an impressive local store trial, Morrisons have increased its listing of Cranes Cider to roll-out in stores across East Anglia.

Initially trialled in Morrisons local St. Ives Cambridgeshire branch, Cranes Cider quickly become Morrisons number one selling local supplier. Exceeding category forecasts for new-brands by 550% and outselling even established category brand leaders by 16%.

The listing comes as part of Morrisons ongoing drive to differentiate itself by sourcing and supporting British suppliers.

Cranes Ciders are brewed with the finest cranberries, alongside apples, to deliver a crisp, refreshing range of fruit ciders. Naturally light, with no added sugar or artificial flavours, Cranes have 30% fewer calories and 40% less sugar compared to brand leaders.

Founded and developed by Twin Brothers Ben and Dan Ritsema, Cranes Drinks is homegrown in Cambridgeshire. Ben and Dan have personally been involved with in-store sampling during the trial and have seen consumers positive reactions to the ciders first hand.

Cranes Ciders are quickly building momentum within the big four, having already been rolled out in over 300 ASDA stores in 2018.
