Fudge Kitchen is honoured to have been invited by Harvey Nichols, the world's leading luxury retailer, to host a seasonal pop-up shop in their famous Foodmarket on the Fifth Floor of the flagship Knightsbridge store. The shop will be open seven days a week across shop hours, from 5th November until 23rd December 2018.

“When visiting Cambridge, I had the opportunity to try some of Fudge Kitchen's products and was really impressed,” said Jose Collado, Food and Wine Retail Manager at Harvey Nichols.“From the packaging to the quality of the product, Fudge Kitchen produces really premium edible gifting – perfect for Harvey Nichols customers. We are thrilled to be welcoming them to the Fifth Floor Foodmarket to host a pop-up during the festive months, and have no doubt our customers will like the products as much as we do.”

From here, Fudge Kitchen will be demonstrating traditional fudge making techniques, offering sampling a-plentyand selling selected products perfect for foodie Christmas gifts, including their fudge-making Home Kits,Drinking Fudge selections, award-winning Delectables' Caramels and Brittles and a pick-and-mix Fudge Bar of hand made fresh, whipping cream slab fudge, with dairy-free options.

Made to a traditional 1830's core recipe, using the authentic “slabbing and loafing” technique onmarble counters that creates that dreamily creamy core, The Harvey Nichols pop-up offers sixteen original flavours, available as single slices, four-slice gift boxes and six-slice gift boxes. 

They include best sellers Sea Salted Caramel, Belgian Swirl and Classic Butterscotch Fudge, a range of festive flavours, including Mince Pie, Rum & Raisin, Christmas Pudding, Chocolate & Orange and a limited edition Harvey Nichols Festive Fudge, an incredible Continental Gingerbread fudge made with authentic Belgian Speculoos and created exclusively for the store 

They line up alongside Raspberry Sorbet, Lemon Drizzle, Maple Walnut, Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt and an indistinguishably dairy-free range, including dairy-free Sea Salted Caramel, Chocolate Classicand Vanilla Coconut. All entirely natural and gluten free.
