A delicious Malaysian five-course meal with wine flight perfectly matched to each course.

Starters feature crispy squid paired with a Quinta de Azevedo; the crisp apple-skin aromas abound in a lively lime-juice flavoured white perfectly complement the delicate flavours of the squid. While main dishes served include their well-known Malaysian fried rice dish; Nasi Goreng, chosen with a crisp Chablis Cape St Martin. The elegant flavours of this wine will balance the spices, while enhancing each ingredient to create a wonderful explosion of flavours. Further flavour pairings such as a hearty Beef and aubergine stew matched to full flavor Meursault Narvaux are on the menu, even the delicate pale green pandan pancakes are presented with a Zheng Signature Cocktail made with sparkling Chapel Down - East Meets West!
