To Russia with love …
Fudge Kitchen's regular presence at international trade shows including Sial, ISM and recently the Cologne behemoth Anuga, is clearly working; and their export arm continues to extend its reach.
FK products currently criss-cross the globe from South America to the Netherlands, from Norway to Dubai, Ireland to New Zealand, Germany to the States and now … to Russia ... quite obviously, like every Fudge Kitchen product, with love.
Located across Moscow and St Petersburg, Globus Gourmet (pictured right) is the first chain of high-end gastronomes in Russia, offering delicacies hand picked from around the world under the compelling criterion, “We insist that food is also art”. Fudge Kitchen's hand made, hand decorated products understandably hit the mark then, and they are now stocking five lines from the FK range of nine-piece selections: Love Fudge, Mixology Confection, Puddings Collection, Taster Selection and Best of British.

Editors' notes …
- Fudge Kitchen started as Jim Garrahy's Fudge Kitchen in Blackpool in 1983. In 1995, the company was bought by MD Sian Holt, who, over the course of 18 years, expanded the Fudge Kitchen retail side into eight thriving shops in Bath, York, Cambridge, Canterbury, Windsor, Edinburgh and Oxford; before steering the brand into a new, exciting wholesale phase of its life, with the development in 2012 of the Devilishly Different Gourmet Butter Fudge Still using the finest, natural ingredients, handmade and hand decorated by an artisan staff in their new dedicated production facility in Aylesham, Kent, but now with an extended shelf life of six months. The company now exports to over 20 countries from France to the Falkland Islands and has also moved into the food service own label, corporate and hospitality sectors.
