About Fierce Grace
Fierce Grace is a new yoga system, and a new brand. We led the UK in the Hot Yoga revolution, by bringing Bikram Yoga to London in 1994. Now we bring practitioners the chance to achieve the ultimate blend of strength and flexibility for both body and mind. Based on classical hatha yoga, Bikram and Ashtanga yoga, and sequenced in ways that adhere to ancient yogic principles as well as the latest cutting-edge research on attaining optimum results in the minimum amount of time, Fierce Grace is a unique series of 6 different classes based on the same core poses and principles, each with a different emphasis, duration and intensity.
About Savage Salads
Savage Salads is the London based brainchild of Italian chef Davide and former restaurant manager Kristina from Sweden. The idea behind Savage Salads took form after browsing around the many markets of London. We thought there was a lack of healthy food options and especially salads that were more than just the usual basic leaf and vegetable concoction. We both knew that we could offer something more interesting than that. Our aim is to bring you wholesome, fresh and innovative salads that taste delicious and keep you fuller longer.
About Grace and Thorn
After 10 years working in recruitment, Nik Southern founded Grace & Thorn in 2011. Opening her tiny floral studio onto East London's busy Kingsland Road, her philosophy was simple: help people in the city live a greener life. Drawing on the worlds of art and fashion rather than traditional florist designs, Grace & Thorn plays with unique combinations of textures and patterns so no two pieces are ever the same. An asymmetrical style, focus on foliage, wicked pots and DIY classes has attracted a cult following across London. Grace & Thorn now has roots in Hackney, Soho and Brick Lane with clients all over the UK.
