The Sam Prince Hospitality Group (SPHG), an innovative hospitality group founded by Dr Sam Prince, announced today they have signed a new lease in the Sydney CBD. Located on Bridge Street, the new site will become SPHG's fourth restaurant and third restaurant concept.

Chief Operations Officer Karen Westfield said the site is overflowing with potential.

“We were immediately inspired by the space and look forward to creating an unexpected, adventurous and innovative new concept,” said Ms Westfield.

Much like SPHG's existing restaurants Mejico and INDU, Ms Westfield said the third restaurant concept will showcase a menu selection that hasn't been seen in the Sydney's CBD before.

“Our third restaurant concept will be focused on quality food that is handled with care, but will offer a dining experience far removed from the safe normal that has been offered in the past,” said Ms Westfield.

Ms Westfield remains tight-lipped about what style of cuisine will be showcased in the new restaurant, saying it will be largely inspired by one in particular, with nods to the world.
