Commencing from 5pm until late, the 'Open-to-All' food festival will be held atop of Monti's open-air rooftop terrace overlooking the stunning Marina Bay as the sun sets on what is sure to be a fun-filled fiesta.

Guests will be spoilt for choice with six food stations offering various all-Italian traditional fare like Monti's ever popular Risotto Cacio E Pepe which is elegantly finished in a Parmesan Cheese Wheel hand-prepared by Chef. Snacks ranging from crowd favourites such as Pizza's, Porchetta and Fritto di Paranza (fried baby prawns), will be served throughout the festivities with prices starting from $5++ to $10++ each.

With a great selection of wines, refreshing beers on tap, and specially handcrafted cocktails to choose from, there is something to satisfy boozy cravings of all kinds starting from $8++ each.

Swing by before the night falls and get an unobstructed view of this year's DBS Marina Regatta Dragon Boating Competition for a chance to witness the region's finest dragon-boaters battling it out on the Bay.

With traditional Italian music playing into the night, highlighted by the backdrop of the stunning Marina Bay skyline, and sumptuous Italian food and drink, the commemoration of Repubblica Italiana is bound to be nothing but electrifying.
