From February 1 – March 31, InterContinental Hong Kong and French Perfumery ATELIER COLOGNE celebrate Chinese New Year with a Clementine themed tea set inspired by ATLELIER COLOGNE's newest fragrance ---- Clémentine California, a Citrus Aromatic fragrance for women and men, which launches in Hong Kong on February 1st.

This new fragrance has top notes are mandarin from Italy, clementine from California and juniper berries from Macedonia ; Heart  notes of basil from Egypt, Sichuan pepper and star anise from China; and  base notes are sandalwood from New Caledonia, cypress from France and  vetiver from Haiti. ATELIER COLOGNE'S Clémentine California is the inspiration for InterContinental Hong Kong's Clementine Tea Set, served in the Lobby Lounge, which is acclaimed for its spectacular panoramic views.

The InterContinental Hong Kong Clementine Tea Set by Atelier Cologne includes a selection of savoury items (Mandarin Broccoli Cake; Duck Terrine with Mandarin Salsa; Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Roll and Shrimp. Cherry Tomato Bun with Yuzu). Sweet Pastries include Citrus Mirliton Cake; Mandarin Cream – Orange Grenadine Cup / Vanilla; Lemon Meringue / Cheese Cake; Mandarin-Milk Chocolate Cake; Grape, Earl Grey Tea, Pear Tropezienne. The Tea Set also comes with freshly baked warm scones served with Devonshire clotted cream and special fruit jam and a special pass-around dessert.

The Clementine Tea Set is inclusive of three ATELIER COLOGNE samples, including the new Clémentine California, plus a voucher to redeem a 4ml bottle of the best-selling cologne at one of its two boutiques (located in Harbour City and IFC Mall).
