One of 16 meat boxes available online, Eversfield Organic's BBQ Meat Box contains minted burgers, carefully produced in the EU licensed farm butchery using organic pasture-fed lamb. The beef in their burgers is Aberdeen Angus which is hung for 28 days and 100 per cent pasture-fed for life. This means a diet of grasses and wild flowers with no grains. Organic pork from pigs which are allowed to roam free on the farm is used to make their tasty sausages while the chicken for the spicy chicken wings and drumsticks is selected from a nearby organic farm.

In 2002, under the aegis of the Countryside Stewardship Scheme, an exciting long term programme of work began to restore the traditional landscape including replanting all the orchards on the farm, re-establishing miles of hedgerows, clearing the woods of the scrubby undergrowth, planting over 30,000 new trees and ensuring that the Culm grasslands and lowland hay meadows return to their natural state, maintained with a strict grazing regime.
