NOBU Japanese Style Wedding

Let InterContinental Hong Kong's professional wedding planners arrange a NOBU Japanese Style Wedding at the hotel's NOBU restaurant or Harbourview Function Rooms (for up to 16 tables / 192 guests) with either an eight-course NOBU Omakase Lunch prepared by NOBU Executive Chef Sean Mell at HK$1,800 per person or an 8-course dinner at HK$2,500 inclusive of unlimited serving of beer, fresh orange juice, soft drinks and mineral water for a maximum of 3 hours. Special privileges include a set of wedding souvenirs with a bottle of NOBU Hokusetsu sake with a sake masu for each guest and a bottle of NOBU sake for toasting. The dinner banquet includes the Japanese Wedding Sake Ceremony with a sake drum.

SPOON by Alain Ducasse Wedding Ceremony

For intimate and elegant wedding ceremonies, the hotel's wedding specialists can arrange your Dream Wedding Ceremony at the 1-Michelin star SPOON by Alain Ducasse or in the hotel's stunning Presidential Suite with spectacular views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island as the romantic backdrop.

The SPOON by Alain Ducasse Wedding Ceremony Package (available from 1:00pm – 4:00pm) is HK$68,000 for a maximum of 50 persons, inclusive of a selection of 30 dozen deluxe canapés, unlimited serving of soft drinks, fresh orange juice, mineral water and beer for a maximum of 3 hours, a bottle of Alain Ducasse Champagne for toasting, a decorative wedding cake for the cake-cutting ceremony and floral decorations by Blooms N' Blossoms, plus lots more.

Presidential Suite Wedding Ceremony

The hotel's spectacular 7,000 square foot Presidential Suite, Hong Kong's most exclusive venue for intimate wedding ceremonies, can accommodate up to 50 guests, with a reception on the suite's private 2,500 square foot terrace with IMAX views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island.  

The Presidential Suite Wedding Ceremony Package at HK$228,000 for maximum 50 persons (from 4:00pm - 10:00pm) is inclusive of a selection of 60 dozen deluxe canapés, unlimited serving of soft drinks, fresh orange juice, beer and mineral water for a maximum of 4 hours, a glass of Perrier-Jouët, Grand Brut Champagne for each guest for the toasting following the ceremony, floral decorations in the duplex living room and an elegant souvenir of two Ladurée macarons for each guest. The experience includes a one night stay for the wedding couple in the Presidential Suite, the ultimate Hong Kong bridal suite.
