Knight Knox – a leading provider of buy-to-let developments to the private investor market – has announced plans to launch a luxury residential development in Liverpool with Fortis Developments in conjunction with Elite City Living.

Silkhouse Court – located on Tithebarn Street in the heart of the city centre – comprises 193 fully furnished apartments, ranging from studio to one- and two-bedroom properties.

The 15-storey apartment tower, which boasts views of Liverpool city centre and the River Mersey, is due for completion in February 2017. Silkhouse Court – a converted building from the 1980s – will be Knight Knox's ninth development in the city.
