Icebergs Dining Room And Bar, The Bucket List And Da Orazio Are Bringing The Best Of Bondi Dining To Royal Randwick This Autumn Racing Carnival, With The Announcement Of 'Little Bondi'

The teams behind iconic Bondi venues Icebergs Dining Room And Bar, The Bucket List and Da Orazio Pizza + Porchetta, are excited to announce a collaboration which will see the best of the Bondi dining scene head to Royal Randwick this Autumn Racing Carnival, for the inaugural 'Little Bondi', a Bondi Beach themed marquee located on the Leger Lawn (General Admission), to be held during “The Championships” April 2nd and April 9th 2016 race meetings.

Tipped to be one of autumns most unique and anticipated events, Little Bondi will see each venue - collectively branded inside the marquee as 'The Bondi Diner', showcase its favourite casual dishes in an upmarket, coastal beach setting.

“Little Sydney may bring some of the best of Sydney's fine dining scene to Randwick, however 'Little Bondi' will really capture the best of Bondi dining. Aside from being a really successful event, we had such a wonderful time doing The Bucket List Beach Club at Royal Randwick last year that we really wanted to get involved again. However this time we thought we'd bring a few of our good mates with us to join in the fun. You just can't beat the lively spirit of a beach vibe" said Bucket List Head Chef and Partner, Tom Walton.

 

The event has already attracted an impressive line up of Bondi DJ's and partners, who will be adding their own beachside flair to the theming and feel of the marquee.

 

On the menu will be The Bucket List's famous Fish & Chips; Icebergs Dining Room And Bar's melt in your mouth Iceburger; and two of Da Orazio's traditional pizzas inspired by the famous Roman Pizza al Taglio, including the classic Reginella.

 

Race-goers should also expect signature cocktails and drinks in addition to an exciting line up of live entertainment with some of Sydney's best DJ's performing throughout the day. The event marks the official end of daylight savings and one amazing summer, so an exciting, vibrant atmosphere is what everyone should expect.

 

Guests of The Bucket List event are encouraged to don classic racing style (General Admission) combined with a touch of coastal chic as inspired by the venue, location and season.

'Little Bondi' is open to the public and is located on the Leger Lawn in the General Admission area of Royal Randwick.

 

Race-goers will still however need to purchase entry to Royal Randwick Racecourse on the day to gain access.
