MasterChef Champion Peter Bayless is running a special festive cookery course at Kingscote Estate. The 'A French Christmas with Peter Bayless' cookery class will be held on the 8th December 2015.

Join a small class to learn how to cook Peter's French Christmas menu:

Marinated olives with gougere de comte
Chestnut soup with onion fougasse
Duck a l'Orange
Purée de chou-fleur
Pommes Anna
Haricot verts
Bouche de Noel

Classes take place in the stunning 15th century Tithe Barn and run from 9.30am to 4.00pm.
