Fresh with a brand new look inspired by the dreamy Italian Riviera, Pool Club offers a decidedly glamorous Cup Day experience like no other, with DJs spinning tunes all afternoon, cocktail on arrival and Chandon NV throughout ($130). Overlooking the poolside festivities, Uccello serves an amazing four course Italian feast and a flute of Veuve Clicquot Rosé Vintage ($250), while French bistro Felix and European wine bar Ash St. Cellar provide beautiful dining packages to while away the afternoon. In the tree-lined streets of the East, Pop-Asian hangout, Ms.G's whips up an eight-course banquet of mind-blowing dishes ($80)and The Fish Shop offers a slice of the seaside with their fresh a la carte menu.
