Hilton Sydney's premier dining establishment, glass brasserie, picked up its fifth consecutive hat at this year's The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards. These highly regarded awards recognise the talented chefs and culinary teams of Sydney and regional NSW's most esteemed fine dining venues, while showcasing the best places to eat and drink within the state.

glass brasserie combines the internationally acclaimed style of New York interior designer Tony Chi, and the exceptional culinary expertise of highly awarded Australian restaurateur, Luke Mangan, to create an Australian evocation of the classic French brasserie.
