Guests will be treated to menu selections from acclaimed Executive Chef Geoff Haviland such as Holy Goats Cheese & Soft Herb Lollipops and Duck Parfait Éclair with Pickled Raisin Jam for canapés. For mains, a choice of Slow Roast Organic Chicken, Habanero Grits, Walnut Gremolata & Confit Shallot or Huon Valley Sustainable Salmon, Citrus Potato & Butternut Caponata and for dessert, decadent treats will include Fresh Fruit Pavlova with Saffron Lemon Curd. There will also be a post race snack of Goat's Cheese Churros with Truffle Honey & Wild Mushroom Dust.
The Theatre Bar at the End of the Wharf will offer guests the perfect spot to watch one of the world's most anticipated races with a vibrant and relaxed bar atmosphere and sundrenched balconies overlooking the beautiful Sydney Harbour. Open until late after the event, the bar at The Theatre Bar at the End of the Wharf has a great drinks list including locally crafted beers and ciders as well as a great line up of wine and cocktails such as the 'Old Mate Nate' and the 'Rye Apple Pie'.
