
Salt is an integral ingredient in cooking and this year Olsson's Sea Salt is proud to announce its salt sponsorship of the Sample Food Festival in Bangalow on Saturday 5th September 2015. Producing solar sea salt since 1964, Olsson's are delighted to be cooked with and tasted by some of the greatest chefs in Australia, and as the oldest family owned salt company in Australia, Olsson's are excited to work with Remy Tancred, festival director, to season the tables of Sample Food Festival 2015.
