So, to whet the peoples' appetite for a summertime spread, Leederville Food Safari has launched its tantalising summer program.

No time for hibernation over winter, 'the Safari' has matured and will return with a re-energised, pedal-powered, progressive dining experience of gastronomic proportions.

The Leederville Food Safari is the original urban dining adventure, this summer extending from Tuesday through Saturday nights, taking the three-course, tour de force of the suburb's most exclusive eateries and a whole new level.

First rickshaw off the rank in summer 2015/16, Ria Malay Kitchen, one of Perth's most celebrated Asian restaurants, where guests will partake in Ria's own, choice selection of delicacies for entrée.

Next stop: the hot-off-the-wok, all new Kitsch Bar Asia for the ultimate in Asian-fusion where guests will enjoy a mixed selection of the eatery's famed hawker bites and street plates.

The evening is capped off in style with petite indulgence at Foam Coffee Bar where guests will enjoy a selection of hand-made, sweet treats.

For just $95 per person, guests are reserved the finest seats in each venue for each course, and enjoy the expert care of a dedicated rickshaw driver for the evening.

Our rickshaw drivers, urban Sherpas of sorts, are not only adept at navigation but are also a font of knowledge when it comes to the local area - making for a memorable, ambient, amble; touring the burgeoning street art scene and uncovering the hidden Leederville between courses.

Change the way you engage with Leederville's world-class dining, embrace the moveable feast – it will blow your mind and palate.

Leederville Food Safari is available Tuesday to Saturday evenings from 5.30pm and runs for three hours.

Alternative days can be arranged by appointment.
