You will explore the history of cheese with Louise Talbot of Cutting the Curd as she teaches you the various stages of cheese making. Learn to produce a range of soft cheeses such as Danish blue, mozzarella and New Zealand's  iconic drinks party nibble Kiwi cheeseball, using raw farm or supermarket milk and vegetarian rennet. What's more you will also learn to make parmesan crisps, Baileys Irish cream and your own brandy butter. With all recipes being easy to recreate at home, you'll soon to making your own artisan cheeses with confidence.

Cheese Making – Artisan Christmas Cheese takes place on Thursday 20 November and is just £145.
